Under the bylaws of the Sikh Legal Society, Membership is open to the following classes of individuals:

  1. A Sikh undergraduate, or graduate, student intent on a legal career

  2. A current Sikh law student

  3. A Sikh law school graduate

  4. A current Sikh professional in the legal field

Membership Rights

Under the Sikh Legal Society Bylaws, dues-paying Members are entitled to the following:

  1. Access to the resources and programming of the Society

  2. The right to participate in electronic referendums related to amendments to the Bylaws and recall of Directors, as provided for in the Bylaws

  3. Attendance of Board of Directors meetings, as provided for in the Bylaws

  4. Eligibility for positions in the programmatic staff of the Society, as well as eligibility for seats on the Board of Directors
